Fishin Fuel LLC Cast Nets Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty: Fishin Fuel LLC offers a warranty to the original retail purchaser, guaranteeing that our cast nets are devoid of defects in material or workmanship at the point of purchase. We hold steadfast in the quality of our products and will provide a free replacement for any cast net found to be defective upon initial unboxing, prior to its use in water. Should you identify a defect in your cast net, please promptly contact us to secure a return authorization number before sending the product back to us.
Please take note: Our warranty becomes void when the product is used in water. Furthermore, the warranty does not encompass normal wear and tear on any products. Damages arising from negligence or improper usage are not covered under our warranty. Instances such as snags, rips, and tears that may occur during usage are not eligible for warranty coverage. If you come across netting holes, these can be repaired using standard monofilament fishing line, allowing you to continue utilizing your cast net.
Once the initial 30-day ownership period has elapsed, the purchaser assumes responsibility for shipping charges to and from Fishin Fuel LLC's facility. To initiate a warranty claim, please do not hesitate to contact us in order to obtain a Return Authorization number. Please be aware that shipping costs are not included for warranties outside of the US.
