Eligibility for Returns
• Returns are accepted only for products that are unused and in their original condition, including packaging and tags.
• To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your purchase to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Products that have been used or show signs of wear.
• Products damaged due to improper use, negligence, or mishandling.
• Custom or final sale items, unless defective at the time of delivery.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at support@fishinfuel.com with the following details:
• Your name, address, and email address
• Order number and proof of purchase
• A brief description of the reason for the return
2. Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on where to send your return.
Please note: Returns sent without a valid RA number may not be accepted.
Refunds
• Refunds will be issued only for eligible returns that meet the conditions outlined above.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs:
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are accepted for defective items only and must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
• Contact support@fishinfuel.com to arrange for an exchange and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
• Contact us immediately at support@fishinfuel.com with a description of the issue and photos of the defect.
• Once verified, we will provide instructions for returning the item and issue a replacement at no additional cost.
International Returns
For international customers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Fishin Fuel does not reimburse international shipping fees for returns or exchanges.
